Many thanks to Hannah who always listens to all of my requests to improve the work flow for Project Support by helping come up with workable solutions within CRM and SharePoint. I appreciate not only her attentiveness and patience when I am describing an issue and then her ability to take that information and make it work for us. She handles all of my many requests with ease, comes up with great work through information to help us implement the ‘fixes’ easier, and does it all with a smile. Sending a big shoutout and big hugs to the Accounting Dept as a whole. With the many changes and uncertain times this year, they have remained focused and diligent in their work. Maintaining their workload and sometimes even more, they have continued to exceed at what they do. Each of you ladies bring something different to the table and I can’t thank each of you enough. Continue to strive towards accurate entry and reporting, and I look forward to working with each of you yet another year. Thank you for making my financial reporting load lighter….Happy Holidays!!!!
Carrie, many thanks for always being available to answer a question or trying to resolve an issue when I call. I know most people probably roll their eyes when I call because I’m going to open a can of worms of some work issue or another, but I appreciate the fact that you will always try and help solve some dilemma or another when I contact you. Keep up the good work, it’s appreciated. Especially on projects that are 2 years old and you know which one I mean. LOL

Jessica and team have done an exceptional job creating, polishing, and launching the new Website and MTranet. Not being a technical guru, I was surprisingly excited perusing the new site and checking out the features; BTW great job keeping it user-friendly. The energy put into this launch was well spent, and I feel it elevates MGroup’s accountability, commitment, and stance in the hospitality market. I am wondering if we incorporated a way to track our visitors coming through the site?
Although we may have the fewest people in our department and the requests never stop, my team knocks it out of the park week after week. For the year of 2020, we have averaged a completion rate of 96.72% for all requests sent to us weekly for the year and we have had 7231 requests sent to us this year alone, give or take a few. My team may be few in number but their dedication and hard work week after week is one of the many reasons that the MGroup has been as successful this year as they are. Kudos to Holli, Kelly, and Shantel for helping the MGroup reach such lofty goals and for always being a pleasure to work with! Y’all ROCK!

Big thank you to Kendra for always being so willing to help with questions regarding change orders! Normally they are really simple and easy to do but I’ve been working on one and I was completely overthinking it. I asked for her help and she graciously did so! Thank you so much Kendra!! This kind of thing is what makes MGroup a true TEAM!
Holli is doing a great job working with the LVT. She is asking questions if she isn’t 100% sure of the answer even though her answers are usually right. Also, she really made me smile the other day by asking about a personal matter that was transpiring the last time (a few weeks ago) that we spoke about LVT. To be honest, it had been so long between our two conversations that it even took me (the one with the personal matter) a second to think about who she was asking me about.
